Proline is developed in partnership with ProFI members (Strasbourg, Toulouse) under the coordination of EDyP. Compared to existing tools, it combines in a unique software environment, efficient processing algorithms and a data management system allowing processing and curation of hundreds of datasets associated with a single proteomics study. It is unique in the way it allows users to control their analysis as all the parameters are accessible and explained (Proline is not a \u201cblack box\u201d tool).
